We are looking for developers who will work on our trade infrastructure as well as our automated trading systems.

As part of the Software Development team, you will:

  • Build applications and components across various parts of our booking, pricing, risk, execution, reconciliation, and client onboarding systems.
  • Continuously enhance our systems to meet evolving trading needs.
  • Ensure our systems continues to perform without fail and are highly available.

  • Able to work in Singapore.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in writing code with unit tests and documentation where needed.
  • A good foundation in C# or golang would be highly desired.
  • Good knowledge of React.js would be favorable.
  • Good understanding of solid design principles at practical implementation level.
  • Having some expertise with high-level system architecture and design.
  • Good understanding of core concepts in data structures, algorithms, operating systems, distributed systems, parallelism and concurrency
  • Some Financial knowledge (Crypto Options/Futures) and experience would be highly desired but not compulsory.
  • Understanding of best practices related to the SDLC (testing, peer code reviews, continuous integration and continuous deployment)
  • Possess a good attention to detail i.e. writing good JIRA tickets, merge requests and comments where necessary.
  • A strategic thinker who is able to convert thoughts into communicable and executable ideas.
  • Good communication skills and enjoys 360-feedback work environment.


Our operations team forms the backbone of our firm. We are looking for candidates who can take on a wide range of responsibilities and thrive in a dynamic environment.

  • Conduct trade settlements and payments 
  • Ensure and perform efficient daily operations for product lines (inhouse and with service providers) 
  • Perform client onboardings (data entry, maintenance, management/ storage of client documents) 
  • Ensure proper reconciliation of accounts  
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement and risk management  
  • Support the implementation and operational handling of new products and services 
  • Work with various operation functions which includes processing, reconciliation, settlements, static data maintenance etc 

  • 2 years experience in Operations 
  • Preferred Bachelor degree 
  • Background in Settlements, Clearing or Middle-office tasks is preferred Cryptocurrency is a plus 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively 
  • Good working knowledge of MS office(Excel) or any automation tools 
  • Strong ownership, relentlessly resourceful, enjoys working within an entrepreneurial environment 
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of or interest in digital assets or blockchain technology is not necessary but would be an advantage

Market Risk Manager

This role will support the management of Traded Market Risk and to assist in maintaining and developing the function’s capabilities and skills to meet ongoing business growth, needs and plans.


  • To continuously improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the function
  • To provide new product support in terms of risk measurement, limits and monitoring. Ensure relevant risk measures, controls and processes are in place before approving the launch of new products.

Risk Management

  • To uphold the integrity of the Group’s risk/return decisions, and in particular to ensure that Market Risk are properly assessed, that risk/return decisions are made transparently on the basis of this proper assessment, and are controlled in accordance with the Risk Appetite.
  • Ensure that the market risk framework for the management of market risks is appropriately and consistently applied
  • Identify and report key risks material to the Group and challenge the business to evidence that the material risks arising from their business activities have been identified, assessed, monitored and reported.
  • To review, recommend, discuss and analyse traded risk data and other financial product information with a view of setting risk parameters sufficient to protect the Group from extreme loss
  • Identify and escalate new and emerging risks that could be material to the region. Recommend relevant governance to control these emerging risks to help the company to avoid big loss.
  • Monitor internal and external events material to the Group and ensure appropriate management action is being taken to mitigate their impact
  • To create transparency and escalate in a timely manner to relevant stakeholders regarding the key exposures in the region
  • Responsibility for regular or ad-hoc market risk activities reports / information / analysis to management.
  • To challenge business and control function heads to demonstrate that risk origination and control decisions are properly informed and consistent with strategy and Risk Appetite
  • Assist and design and oversee the implementation of relevant stress tests and scenario analysis for the business
  • Ensure that traded risk measurement methodologies are fit-for-purpose, comprehensive and implemented with integrity
  • Ensure that risk decisions are transparent and supporting rationales are explained in a professional courteous manner, especially when turning down proposals.


  • To address local regulatory requirements as they pertain to risk management, prudential standards and governance, conduct and operational standards.
  • To assist in driving a consistent interpretation and application of market risk policies across all countries in the region.
  • To monitor on-going compliance with and effectiveness of the risk control environment.
  • To ensure that there are appropriate and documented internal controls and procedures in place. Monitor the operation of such procedures and controls and regularly review them to ensure that they reflect any changes in products, systems, policy and regulations.
  • To ensure effective management of operational risks within the Function and compliance with applicable internal policies, and external laws and regulations
  • To maintain procedures for monitoring, management and reporting of operational risks arising within area of responsibility.

Regulatory & Business Conduct

  • Display exemplary conduct
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Code of Conduct.
  • Lead regulatory engagement in relation to matters relating to market risk
  • Develop and guide the business with the changes in regulation.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

  • Academic Qualifications: Bachelor or above degree with quantitative skills.
  • Professional Experience: Experienced Market Risk Manager with detailed knowledge and understanding of options and FX/ interest rate derivative in financial institutions

HR Specialist

We need candidates who love working in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment as we look to expand our business in the region.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs 
  • Determine selection criteria 
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) 
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews 
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details,  
  • Create an applicant tracking system 
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements 
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department 
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidate 
  • Manage HR Payroll and other admin matters 

  • Proven work experience as a HR Specialist or similar role in a Financial Institution 
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github) 
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods 
  • Have experience managing HR Payroll and other matters related to pay and taxes. 
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Singapore hiring laws/ processes
